Congregate & Home Delivered Meals

The nutritionist with the Area Agency on Agency 7 develops our menu using guidelines from the federal government to ensure that each meal supplies sufficient nutrients to maintain senior health and well-being.  Home style, traditional offerings are prepared each day, Monday through Friday. We offer Congregate Meals daily during the week at each of our 3 centers at 11:30 am. Through our Home Delivered Meals Program we deliver 3 hot and 2 frozen meals  to eligible seniors  each week 52 weeks a year throughout the county.  For more information call the Jackson County Board on Aging at 740-286-2909.

The Board wishes to thank the Jackson County Community Foundation for its generosity in helping us provide additional nutrition to our Home Delivered Meal Clients in  December 2025 and January 2026.  Funds were distributed through the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio.
